In-Store Pickup
Customers in the Greater Toronto Area are welcome to pick up their orders from our studio located in Markham:

You will receive a notification once your order is ready for pickup. Please wait for confirmation before visiting the studio.
Store Hours
Monday – Saturday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Sunday: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Customers are always welcome to visit our studio in person to browse available products and collections.
Processing Time
Most crochet products, preserved flower designs, and handmade gifts are made to order and require approximately 3 business days for preparation before pickup or shipping.
During graduation season, holidays, and peak periods, preparation times may be slightly longer depending on order volume.
We highly recommend placing orders in advance, especially for gifts needed by a specific date.
Canada-Wide Shipping
We currently offer shipping across Canada for crochet creations, preserved floral products, and selected gift items.
Shipping carriers are selected based on destination and package size to ensure the safest and most efficient delivery. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.
Estimated standard shipping times after dispatch:
Ontario: approximately 2–4 business days
Quebec & Manitoba: approximately 3–6 business days
Alberta & Saskatchewan: approximately 5–7 business days
British Columbia & Atlantic Canada: approximately 5–9 business days
At this time, we are unable to ship to Yukon, Nunavut, and Northwest Territories due to carrier limitations and high transit costs.
Please note that shipping timelines are estimates only and may vary due to weather conditions, carrier delays, rural destinations, or seasonal shipping volume.
Customers are responsible for allowing enough time for both preparation and shipping before their desired delivery date.
Local GTA Delivery
For customers in the Greater Toronto Area, local courier delivery may be arranged depending on the destination and order type.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees typically range from CAD $12–$20 depending on destination and package size.
Free shipping is available on orders over CAD $150 before tax.
U.S. Shipping
Due to recent customs and tariff changes, shipping to the United States is currently unavailable.
