Handmade Variations
Most of our crochet creations and preserved floral designs are handmade and made to order.
Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, flower placement, yarn materials, wrapping details, and overall appearance may occur. Material selections may also vary depending on seasonal and market availability.
These small differences are considered part of the uniqueness and character of handmade products.
Product photos are intended as style references and may not be identical to the final piece received.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for personal preference, minor variations, or change-of-mind purchases.
If your order arrives damaged or there is a significant issue with your item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can review the situation and assist accordingly.
Requests made after 7 days from delivery or pickup may not be accepted.
