Processing Time
Most crochet and preserved flower products are handmade to order and require approximately 3 business days for preparation before pickup or shipping.
During graduation season, holidays, and peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We recommend placing your order in advance to ensure it arrives on time for your event or gifting date.
Canada-Wide Shipping
At this time, we are unable to ship to Yukon, Nunavut, and Northwest Territories due to carrier limitations and high transit costs.
Shipping carriers are selected based on destination and order size to ensure the safest and most efficient delivery. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.
Estimated standard shipping times after dispatch:
Ontario: approximately 2–4 business days
Quebec & Manitoba: approximately 3–6 business days
Alberta & Saskatchewan: approximately 5–7 business days
British Columbia & Atlantic Canada: approximately 5–9 business days
Please note that shipping timelines are estimates only and may vary depending on weather conditions, carrier delays, rural destinations, and seasonal order volume.
Customers are responsible for placing orders early enough to allow for both production and shipping time.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees typically range from CAD $12–$20 depending on destination and package size.
Free shipping is available on orders over CAD $150 before tax.
